The stability performance of smart grid power systems is critical and requires special attention. Additionally, the combination Battery Energy Storage (BES) systems, Solar Photovoltaic (SPV), wind in intelligent model provides utilities with excellent efficiency dependability. However, a coordination PV other resources frequently results severe issues, such as outages or disruptions. A outage might result loss delivery system. As result, distributed model’s dependable intended for integrated energy, SPV arrays, BE systems. This paper proposes renewable to sustain solar generation. incorporates boost converter optimize panels by converting DC generated into AC use grid. optimized using novel Horse Herd Optimization Algorithm (HOA) method. In this case, HOA method used control parameters converter, duty cycle inductor capacitor values. According final results, proposed has reduced Total Harmonic Deformation (THD) loss. outperformed existing strategies related Expected Not Supplied (EENS), Loss Load Probability (LOLP), (LOLE), indicating sustainability
