<p style='text-indent:20px;'>The assimilation of flexible AC transmission (FACTS) controllers to the existing power network outweigh numerous alternatives in enhancing damping behavior for inter-area /intra-area system oscillations a network. This paper provides rigorous analysis It utilizes shunt connected voltage source converter (VSC) based FACTS device enhance operating characteristics. A comprehensive mathematical modelling has been developed demonstrating under different loading conditions. novel hybrid augmented grey wolf optimization-particle swarm optimization (AGWO-PSO) is proposed coordinated design static synchronous compensator (STATCOM) and stabilizers (PSSs). multi-objective function, comprising ratio improvement drifting real part left-hand side S-plane poles, achieve objective effectiveness algorithms have analyzed by monitoring performance Eigenvalue nature states perturbation presented conditions, evaluation done means time execution convergence characteristics.</p>
