One of the primary duties in regular maintenance electrical distribution networks is cable stripping operation. In this paper, a unique robot proposed to overcome drawbacks conventional manual operation stripping, such as poor efficiency, low safety, and high labor intensity. This innovative cable-stripping made up rotating mechanism, gripping component, cutter feeding mechanism that can be adjusted depending on working environment workload. The robot’s motors, sensors, main control chip, wireless communication modules are all carefully selected. A designed cascade controller created for an effort lessen damage aluminum core. While outside location loop uses PID algorithm, inner speed fuzzy PID. successfully accomplish work demonstrates its potential reduce Cable experiments conducted validate effect controller.
