A novel bond stress-slip model for 3-D printed concretes

<p style='text-indent:20px;'>This paper considers the 3D printing process as a discontinuous control system and gives simple coherent bond stress-slip model for new intelligent building 3-D printed concrete. The previous models focused on either maximal stress or slip, however, novel uses an energy approach by dimension analysis, so that main factors affecting relationship can be clearly revealed, mainly including concrete's properties (its porous structure its strength), steel bar's direction, strength, surface roughness geometrical property) process. It is confirmed proposed model, similar to constitutive in elasticity, plays key role concrete mechanics, it conveniently explain observed phenomena from experiment.</p>
