چکیده

The low-cost, simple, and fast quantitative assay of magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) is important for the development magnetic-based immunoassay applications. However, bulky sensing element instruments recent iron oxide-based MNPs assays are still concerns that should be resolved. This article reports new platform an label using commercial giant magnetoresistance (GMR) chip AAL024, manufactured by Nonvolatile Electronics (NVE) Corporation, complemented with a basic differential amplifier circuit Arduino microcontroller (AM) to acquire digital output voltage. as-prepared Fe3O4@Ag possessed (15 ± 2.6) nm average size behaved as soft ferromagnetic 52.1 emu/g saturation magnetization, 0.15 kOe coercive field. Sensor performance field detection, well assay, was evaluated. results show implementation op-amp succeed magnify sensor’s response up 23 times voltage in order volt. employment AM supply GMR chip, analog-to-digital converter, gauge simplifies data acquisition without additional measuring instrument. Meanwhile, purpose sensor revealed promising due high signal linearity rapid detection which only 30 s acceptable stabilities.
