چکیده
Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is the most common non-Hodgkin lymphoma, characterized by high clinical and biological heterogeneity. Patients typically present with progressive lymphadenopathy, extranodal disease may also experience fever, night sweats unexplained weight loss. We report here case of a 16-year-old female osteoarticular pain, dizziness, dyspnea on exertion. Clinical examination showed no lymphadenopathy. Complete blood count (CBC) revealed pancytopenia marrow smears found to be hypocellular. Initial diagnosis favored secondary myelofibrosis. Diagnosis bone involvement DLBCL was retained histology immunohistochemistry which infiltration B lymphoid cells. The patient treated immunochemotherapy R-CHOP regimen. This highlights very rare atypical circumstance discovery myelofibrosis as an initial symptom. Prognosis value this presentation management difficulties are discussed.

Introduction: Primary gastric lymphoma (PGL) is a rare tumor, whose differential diagnosis may become complicated without precise immunohistochemistry (IHC) and genetic analysis. Case Presentation: A 33-year-old woman presented with gastric cancer and had undergone gastrectomy without precise IHC and staging in another center. Inappropriate IHC after surgery showed diffuse large B-cell lymphom...

The authors describe a case of histiocyte-rich B-cell lymphoma (HR-BCL), a variant of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, in a 51-year-old man. The patient presented with large axillary lymphadenopathy. Histopathologic and immunohistochemical examination of lymph node biopsy revealed diffuse effacement of the lymph node architecture by reactive histiocytes and neoplastic CD20 positive B cells. ...

متن کاملPET/CT Scanner and Bone Marrow Biopsy in Detection of Bone Marrow Involvement in Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma
Evaluation of bone marrow involvement (BMI) is paramount in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) for prognostic and therapeutic reasons. PET/CT scanner (PET) is now a routine examination for the staging of DLBCL with prognostic and therapeutic implications. This study evaluates the role of PET for detecting marrow involvement compared to bone marrow biopsy (BMB). This monocentric study include...
