چکیده

In this paper, a new type of non-volatile locally active memristor with bi-stability is proposed by injecting appropriate voltage pulses to realize switching mechanism between two stable states. It found that the memristive parameters can affect local activity, which has been rarely reported, and phenomenon explained based on mathematical analyses numerical simulations. Then, coupled neuron model constructed using as connecting synapse. The parameter-associated dynamical behaviors are revealed bifurcation plots, phase plane portraits evolution maps. Moreover, disclosed attraction basins, periodic burster multi-scroll chaotic if multi-level pulse current used imitate periodical external stimulus neurons. Hamiltonian energy function calculated analyzed or without excitation. Finally, neuronal circuit designed implemented, mimic electrical activity neurons useful for physical applications. experimental results captured from analog consistent well simulation results.

A compound memristive synapse model for statistical learning through STDP in spiking neural networks

Memristors have recently emerged as promising circuit elements to mimic the function of biological synapses in neuromorphic computing. The fabrication of reliable nanoscale memristive synapses, that feature continuous conductance changes based on the timing of pre- and postsynaptic spikes, has however turned out to be challenging. In this article, we propose an alternative approach, the compoun...

A memristive spiking neuron with firing rate coding

Perception, decisions, and sensations are all encoded into trains of action potentials in the brain. The relation between stimulus strength and all-or-nothing spiking of neurons is widely believed to be the basis of this coding. This initiated the development of spiking neuron models; one of today's most powerful conceptual tool for the analysis and emulation of neural dynamics. The success of ...

A new circuit model for the Parameters in equations of low power Hodgkin-Huxley neuron cell

In this paper, α and β parameters and gating variables equations of Hodgkin-Huxley neuron cell have been studied. Gating variables show opening and closing rate of ion flow of calcium and potassium in neuron cell. Variable functions α and β, are exponential functions in terms of u potential that have been obtained by Hodgkin and Huxley experimentally to adjust the equations of neural cells. In ...

Information Transmission in a Neuron-Astrocyte Coupled Model

A coupled model containing two neurons and one astrocyte is constructed by integrating Hodgkin-Huxley neuronal model and Li-Rinzel calcium model. Based on this hybrid model, information transmission between neurons is studied numerically. Our results show that when the successive spikes are produced in neuron 1 (N1), the bursting-like spikes (BLSs) occur in two neurons simultaneously during the...
