A New Flow Control Method of Slat-Grid Channel-Coupled Configuration on High-Lift Device

چکیده
A slot formed between the slat and main wing of 2D high-lift device is used to accelerate convergence flow upper surface improve field quality. In order further enhance characteristics, this paper proposes a design method for multi-channel leading-edge slats based on grid channels. On one hand, specific shape shrinking expansion tube lift characteristics leading slat. other newly plays similar role that jet stream, delaying separation wing, making point move back helping wing. The optimization coupled slat-grid channel configuration developed by using DOE algorithm. geometric parameters, such as coordinates curve slope, are considered variables, maximum lift–drag ratio taken objective required obtain optimal configuration. simulation results show coefficient increases 3.3%, drag decreases 12.7%, 18.4% compared with original airfoil at an angle attack 16.3°.
