چکیده

A new 1D Ni(II) coordination polymer was synthesized by the reaction of NiSO4·6H2O with 2,4-bis(3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)-6-methoxy-1,3,5-triazine (BPT) and SCN− as a linker in an acidic medium heating under reflux conditions. Unusually, BPT ligand underwent acid-mediated hydrolysis losing one pyrazolyl arms afforded polymeric [Ni(MPT)(H2O)(SCN)2]n complex (MPT: 4-(3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)-6-methoxy-1,3,5-triazin-2-ol. The center is coordinated MPT bidentate NN-chelate, water molecule, two thiocyanate groups cis positions to another. One acts bridging between metal centers, leading one-dimensional structure that extends along c-direction. other group terminally N-coordinated. has been screened vitro against pathogenic fungal strains: A. fumigatus, C. albican, four bacterial S. aureus, B. subtilis gram-positive bacteria, E. coli, P. vulgaris gram-negative bacteria. results showed potential be used both antibacterial antifungal agent. Also, cytotoxic activities hepatocellular (HepG-2) lung (A-549) cell lines, IC50 values 132.67 ± 5.14 146.97 7.34 μM, respectively.

The mol-ecule of the title compound, C(18)H(21)N(9), is nearly planar, with the three pyrazole rings aligned at 2.40 (5), 9.27 (5) and 9.71 (5)° with respect to the triazine ring. The triazine ring is planar (r.m.s. deviation = 0.005 Å), the distortion from a hexa-gonal arrangement arising from the angles at the N [112.4 (1)-113.1 (1)°] and C [127.1 (1)-127.6 (1)°] atoms deviating from 120°. There are two independent mol-ecules in the asymmetric unit of the title compound, C21H21N5O2. In each mol-ecule, the indolizine ring system is essentially planar, with r.m.s. deviations of 0.030 and 0.028 Å. The dihedral angles between the indolizine ring system and the pyrazole rings are 54.7 (3) and 8.6 (3)° in one mol-ecule and 54.4 (3) and 6.6 (3)° in the other. In the crystal, weak C-H⋯O ...
