چکیده
Alcoholic beverages contaminated with scopolamine (SCP) are often employed for criminal purposes due to their sedative effect. The determination of the residual levels SCP in body fluids (e.g., urine) can help track possible victims induced ingestions. Biological sample analysis usually requires a preconcentration step enhance detectability and provide clean-up. Molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) lieu conventional solid sorbents represent an enhancement selectivity, specific recognition sites. Additionally, adaptation solid-phase extraction (SPE) cartridge into disposable pipette tip (DPX) contributes miniaturization preparation step. Herein, analytical method synthetic urine samples via integration molecularly (MISPE) DPX as prior capillary electrophoresis (also known MISPE-DPX-CE) is presented. elution steps were optimized using factorial design. Using conditions, factor 20 was obtained, leading working range 0.5–6 µM LOD 0.04 repeatability 6.4% (n = 7) adequate recovery values (84 101%) proposed MISPE-DPX-CE approach successfully applied selective extraction, preconcentration, samples.

Flow-Injection Preconcentration of Chloramphenicol Using Molecularly Imprinted Polymer for HPLC Determination in Environmental Samples
The residue of antibiotic chloramphenicol (CAP) is important issue for food quality control and also for the environmental monitoring. It is banned for use in food-producing animals and has very limited use in human medicine, because of its severe impact on human health. Determination of trace level of CAP in environmental samples requires a very sensitive analytical method and efficient precon...
متن کاملSynthesis of Molecularly Imprinted Polymer for Selective Solid-Phase Extraction of Salbutamol from Urine Samples
A highly selective methacrylic based molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) was synthesized and applied for the separation and the pre-concentration of salbutamol in urine samples. Spectrophotometric determination of salbutamol was achieved using 2,6-dichloroquinone chlorimide as colorimetric reagent. The detection limit of the method was ca. 13 ng mL in urine after pre-concentration of the sample...
متن کاملSYNTHESIS OF MOLECULARLY IMPRINTED POLYMER FOR DETERMINATION OF DILTIAZEM BY EXPERIMENTAL METHOD
Background & Aims: In this study, a magnetic molecular imprinted polymer was used to measure the diltiazem drug. Based on the structure and pharmaceutical agent group, methacrylic acid was selected as a monomer for Diltiazem. Ethylene glycol de-methacrylate and azobisisobutyronitrile were used as cross-linkers and polymerisation initiators, respectively. Also, chloroform was used as a porogenic...

A simple and sensitive method for the simultaneous determination of seven phenolic compounds in aqueous samples was developed by dispersive solid-phase extraction (DSPE) coupled with capillary electrophoresis (CE), namely phenol, 4-chlorophenol (4-CP), pentachlorophenol (PCP), 2,4,6-trichlorophenol (2,4,6-TCP), 2,4-dichlorophenol (2,4-DCP), 2-chlorophenol (2-CP) and 2,6-dichlorophenol (2,6-DCP)...
متن کاملSolid-phase extraction of tramadol from plasma and urine samples using a novel water-compatible molecularly imprinted polymer.
In this study, a novel method is described for the determination of tramadol in biological fluids using molecularly imprinted solid-phase extraction (MISPE) as the sample clean-up technique combined with high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The water-compatible molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) were prepared using methacrylic acid as functional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacryl...
