A method of path loss prediction based on computer graphics technologies

In this letter, a method for path loss prediction in outdoor urban environments based on computer graphics technologies is presented. Each wall of buildings an evaluation area assigned to different RGB color. We create two types color images that are viewed from transmission point (Tx) and receiving points (Rxs). By analyzing comparing the colors these images, visible existed both corresponding single scattering walls detected all at once. The numbers pixels used calculate received powers waves. average RMSE difference between predicted results measurement small with -0.5 dB 7.6 dB, respectively. computation time extremely short.
