A method for HTL biocrude simulation using multi-objective optimisation and fractional distillation
نویسندگان
چکیده
A novel approach for modelling hydrothermal liquefaction (HTL) biocrude is presented, using a combination of fractional distillation data and multi-objective optimisation to simulate the various properties non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm (NSGA-II). The complex composition has made it challenging analyse in process models. Most HTL simulation studies use simple basis limited GC–MS data, which may not be reliably accurate. Applying reduced density TBP curve error by ten times compared single-objective optimisation. In addition, the results were further improved combining experimental into optimisation, contrast with previous used only data. Separating complicated five fractions analysing obtained increased number candidate databank compounds from 72 216, led noticeable improvement accuracy model.

Weightless Regularised Identification Using Multi-objective Optimisation Method
Although the regularisation increased the popularity of inverse analysis due to its capability of deriving a stable solution, the significant problem is that the solution depends upon the regularisation parameters chosen. This paper presents a technique for deriving solutions without the use of the parameters, and further an optimisation method, which can work efficiently for problems of concer...
متن کاملMulti-objective optimisation using the Bees Algorithm
This paper describes the first application of the Bees Algorithm to multi-objective optimisation problems. The Bees Algorithm is a search procedure inspired by the way honey bees forage for food. A standard mechanical design problem, the design of a welded beam structure, was used to benchmark the Bees Algorithm. The results obtained show the robust performance of the Bees Algorithm.
متن کاملPhylogenetic Inference using Evolutionary Multi-objective Optimisation
Evolutionary relationships among species are usually (i) illustrated by means of a phylogenetic tree and (ii) inferred by optimising some measure of fitness, such as the total evolutionary distance between species or the likelihood of the tree (given a model of the evolutionary process and a data set). The combinatorial complexity of inferring the topology of the best tree makes phylogenetic in...
متن کاملA Testing Method for Multi-UAV Conflict Resolution Using Agent-Based Simulation and Multi-Objective Search
We present a new approach to testing multi-UAV conflict resolution algorithms. We have formulated the problem as a multi-objective search problem, with two objectives: finding air traffic encounters that (1) are able to reveal faults in conflict resolution algorithms, and (2) are likely to happen in the real world. Our method uses agent-based simulation and multiobjective search to automaticall...
