A Literature Review of Upper Echelons Theory

In this paper, I review the literatures about Upper Echelons Theory. Specifically, focus on related theories, including agency theory, five-factor model, cognitive and heterogeneity so on; economic influences of Theory, corporate top management (team) administrative officials. Prior studies show that characteristics has effect governance, information disclosure tax avoidance, etc. Moreover, background such as education degree major officials have significant governance efficiency, local firm decisions. Overall, paper contributes to further exploration team.
