A hybrid multi-objective bi-level interactive fuzzy programming method for solving ECM-DWTA problem

Abstract Electronic countermeasure (ECM) has become one of the most significant factors in modern warfare, course combat, electronic jamming allocation tasks need to be flexibly adjusted with change combat stage, which puts forward higher requirements for modeling and solution method this kind problems. To solve ECM dynamic weapon target assignment (ECM-DWTA) problem, a hybrid multi-target bi-level programming model is established. The upper level takes sum effects whole stage as an optimization objective, locally optimizes (ECM-WP) scheme each stage. lower importance expectation value subjected interference consumption double objectives globally optimize ECM-WP scheme. Focus on solving complex model, multi-objective interactive fuzzy algorithm (HMOBIF) proposed, method, exponential membership function used describe satisfaction degree level. When problem composed functions levels, we use MOEA/D obtain Pareto Front (PF) set, then PF evaluated selected by TOPSIS multi-criteria evaluation method. This local global process actually executing observation-orientation-decision-action loop practical combat.
