This paper is to present a framework for student outcome-based assessment and evaluation, including the process detailed activities leading continue of successes an academic program which essential its sustainability. Moreover, this provides survey literature that reviews different means assessing evaluating together with critical performance metrics aid in quantifying such evaluation. The presented implemented on Information Technology over course five years. empirical insights about how careful implementation enabled College Ahlia University achieve outstanding results quality assurance be ABET accredited. prove effectiveness improving program. fulfils identified need study evaluation model enables institute foster instead relying ad hoc practices might lead them trial-and-error approach. could followed by other institution aiming international accreditations.
