Offshore platforms have had diverse applications in the marine industry, for example, oil or gas can provide facilities to store and before transport those refineries. wind turbines are another well-known use of offshore platform generating power. As encounter various strong forces from water currents, materials used these structures mainly steel concrete. These classified into different types, according depth their applications. In addition, platforms, as artificial reefs may be decades at conditions. Consequently, design maintenance very important, otherwise, they cause irreparable damage environment. This paper presents latest most significant monitoring methods, such optimal probabilistic seismic demand model, multi-objective optimization, dynamic response assessment, robust fault-tolerant control, etc., under environmental geographical Moreover, effective factors on life failure comprehensively introduced enhance awareness them, which helpful improve construction more reliable durable structures.
