: The aim of this study is to compare the psychometric properties original version and short Psychoticism Scale, which are Derived from Eysenck Personality Questionnaire Revised. In study, a sample consisting (1842) students Kuwait University (538) male (1304) female were used in examine gender differences test reliability validity for Scale derived (EPQ-R) (EPQR-S) . Original Short Scales, NEO FFI-S, Big Five Inventory BFI administered sample. results revealed significant two scales (EPQ-R & EPQR-S) Psychoticism, favor males. also variation coefficients Scales. alpha coefficient was 0.63 males, 0.65 females (EPQ-R). While males 0.64 (EPQR-S). exploratory factor analysis resulted extracting five factors both Moreover, positive correlations between psychoticism neuroticism, low extraversion openness. showed negative correlation lie, Agreeableness Conscientiousness
