A Comparative Study on Impact Resistance of Composite Buffer Ring Structures Under Double Impact Loading

Cylindrical structure is a kind of common protective structure, its internal support generally homogeneous or rigid, energy absorption buffer ring can effectively improve impact resistance. In this paper, comparative study the resistance cylindrical structures with composite cushioning rings under double loads carried out. The results show that honeycomb core layer negative Poisson’s ratio effect has better explosion load, hexagonal excellent performance in kinetic resistance, and upper greater on overall structure. research provide reference for design optimization complex external loading environment.
