چکیده

Peak load reduction is one of the most essential obligations and cost-effective tasks for electrical energy consumers. An isolated microgrid (IMG) system an independent limited capacity power where peak shaving application can perform a vital role in economic operation. This paper presents comparative analysis categorical variable decision tree algorithm (CVDTA) with common technique, namely, general addition to evaluate performance IMG system. The CVDTA deals hybrid photovoltaic (PV)—battery storage (BESS) provide service technique uses peaking generator minimize demand. actual model developed MATLAB/Simulink software analyze performance. consists four major components such as, PV, BESS, load, gas turbine (GTG) dispatch models proposed algorithm, BESS PV are not applicable technique. Actual data generation considered conduct simulation case studies which collected from real result exhibits effectiveness demand better than By ensuring operation handling dispatch, ensure more savings, fewer losses, less maintenance (O&M) cost, etc., limited.
