We consider the class of univalent functions f(z)= z+a3z3+a4z4+··· analytic in the unit disc and satisfying |(z2f ′(z)/f 2(z))−1|< 1, and show that such functions are starlike if they satisfy |(z2f ′(z)/f 2(z))−1|< (1/√2).

On a class of univalent functions

We consider the class of univalent functions defined by the conditions f(z)/z ≠ 0 and |(z/f(z))′′| ≤α,|z|< 1, where f(z)= z+··· is analytic in |z|< 1 and 0<α≤ 2.

The Fekete-Szegö problem for a general class of bi-univalent functions satisfying subordinate conditions

In this work, we obtain the Fekete-Szegö inequalities for the class $P_{Sigma }left( lambda ,phi right) $ of bi-univalent functions. The results presented in this paper improve the recent work of Prema and Keerthi [11].
