A Chaotic Second Order Oscillation JAYA Algorithm for Parameter Extraction of Photovoltaic Models

In order to identify the parameters of photovoltaic (PV) cells and modules more accurately, reliably efficiently, a chaotic second oscillation JAYA algorithm (CSOOJAYA) is proposed. Firstly, both logical map mutation strategy are brought in enhancing population diversity improving exploitation. Secondly, better balance exploration exploitation, factor added, which not only improves population, but also has strong at beginning iteration exploitation end iteration. two abilities, self-adaptive weight introduced into CSOOJAYA regulate individuals tendency moving toward optimal solution escaping from worst solution, so as enhance search efficiency validate behavior CSOOJAYA, it employed parameter identification problem PV models. Finally, experimental results show that delivers excellent aspects convergence, reliability accuracy.

In this paper we establish some sufficient conditions for oscillation of second order delay dynamic equations on time scales. Our results not only unify the oscillation of second order delay differential and difference equations but also are new for q-difference equations and can be applied on any time scale.
