چکیده
Allergic fungal rhino sinusitis (AFRS) is a non-invasive resulting from an allergic and immunologic response to the presence of extramucosal hyphae in sinuses. Defined largely by mucin, which thick, tenacious, eosinophilic secretion with characteristic histologic findings. To present case series on variable presentations patients diagnosed AFRS. A retrospective study 10 cases that presented Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital ENT outpatient department rhinosinusitis confirmed diagnostic nasal endoscopy CT scan who were managed successfully endoscopic sinus surgery. It was first described in 1983 by Katzenstein.1 It usually follows a slow, non-aggressive course, and a wide variety of fungal agents have been implicated, with the vast majority belonging to the Dematiaceae family, such...
