چکیده
Retinitis pigmentosa is typically bilateral and symmetric. There currently no treatment that can stop the process of retinitis pigmentosa, but gene therapy shows promise. a bilateral, progressive retinal degeneration ultimately leads to death both rod cone photoreceptors. generally symmetric, present asymmetrically. Other complications associated with include posterior subcapsular cataracts cystoid macular edema, detachment [1]. Forty-five separate loci have been identified account for 50% all cases. In addition, between 20-30% patients an systemic disease, more than 30 syndromes identified? The most widely known syndrome, Usher Syndrome, results in hearing impairment. are Laurence-Moon-Bardet-Biedl Bardet-Biedl syndrome. We report case partially blind patient Total abdominal hysterectomy managed by Sequential combined Spinal Epidural Anaesthesia (Sequential CSEA) era COVID Pandemic inorder avoid drastic changes blood pressure thus preventing change intraocular as determining factor pigmentosa. spinal epidural anaesthesia very safe regional technique General abrupt increase aerosol generation Pandemic. probably greatest advance central neuraxial block. safe, effective, reliable stable haemodynamic along provision prolonging analgesia compared alone high risk patients.

متن کاملCombined epidural-spinal opioid-free anaesthesia and analgesia for hysterectomy.
Postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) are major problems after gynaecological surgery. We studied 40 patients undergoing total abdominal hysterectomy, allocated randomly to receive opioid-free epidural-spinal anaesthesia or general anaesthesia with continuous epidural bupivacaine 15 mg h-1 or continuous bupivacaine 10 mg h-1 with epidural morphine 0.2 mg h-1, respectively, for postoperative ...

BACKGROUND Docetaxel is a chemotherapeutic agent of the taxane class of drugs for the treatment of breast cancer. We present a female patient who noted decreased vision after docetaxel treatment. CASE PRESENTATION A 45-year-old female patient received docetaxel treatment after resection of a breast carcinoma. Funduscopy and optical coherence tomography (OCT) showed cystoid macular edema on bo...
