A case of stroke secondary to iron deficiency anemia in a young female patient

In this article, we are reporting a case of acute stroke that occurred in young patient with iron deficiency anaemia (IDA). There only few cases where the association between IDA and has been established. The possible mechanisms behind relation anaemic hypoxia-induced to brain, hypercoagulable state secondary thrombocytosis IDA. patient, all causes were ruled out except Iron which came be reason for stroke. A decrease amount haemoglobin blood results decreased oxygen supply causing hypoxia brain. This, turn, leads ischemic Therefore, diagnosing patients starting treatment as early is important.
