A Case of Severe Drug-induced Liver Injury Triggered by Influenza Vaccination

چکیده
73歳，男性．インフルエンザワクチン接種後に黄疸を伴う肝障害にて紹介受診された．DDW-Japan 2004薬物性肝障害診断基準8点で，インフルエンザワクチンによる薬物性肝障害と診断した．薬剤リンパ球刺激試験（drug-induced lymphocyte stimulation test：DLST）では強陽性を示した．ステロイドパルス療法には反応せず，肝庇護療法にて約2カ月で軽快した．インフルエンザワクチンにより重症肝障害を来たし得ることに留意しなければならない．
