Various types of tumors can occur within the nasal cavity, among which non-epithelial are relatively rare and most benign. Being a tumor, intraosseous cavernous hemangioma (ICH) is very makes up 0.7% to 1.0% total bone tumors. It anywhere in body but mainly vertebrae calvarium. In addition, when it occurs, does mostly maxilla, mandible uncommonly facial bones. thus extremely for ICHs inferior turbinate only five such case reports have been published date English literature none Korea. Here we report ICH right 43-year-old male.
