A Case of Fungal Keratitis Due to Cladosporium anthropophilum and Cladosporium cf. subuliforme After Corneal Transplantation

A 70-year-old male patient had previously underwent trabeculectomy with mitomycin-C in the left eye because of high intraocular pressure. The was needled 5 fluorouracil 2 weeks after operation. Seven days needling procedure, complained pain, redness, stinging, and decreased vision eye. Abiomicroscopic examination performed. corneoscleral infiltration area, including bleb detected at 12 clock positions. During follow-up, therapeutic penetrating keratoplasty progression corneal infection site. Conjunctival swabs samples taken from patients were examined mycology. Cladosporium cf. subuliforme anthropophilum named using molecular methods. followed up by starting treatment moxifloxacin, fortified voriconazole every hour, cyclopentolate. patient, whose complaints regressed, discharged oral voriconazole. At day 30 keratoplasty, showed graft rejection.
