A Case of Extensive Myocardial Calcification

Aortic valve and mitral annular calcification are commonly seen in elderly patients with chronic kidney disease and/ or altered calcium hemostasis. Extensive myocardial is rare. We present a case of an female who presented sepsis heart failure on clinical background showed extensive multi-modality imaging, leading to severe impairment systolic diastolic function restrictive physiology.
 Conclusion: Myocardial under diagnosed entity that leads considerable morbidity mortality. Modern imaging methods allow prompt diagnosis but high index suspicion has be maintained for accurate detection medical condition.
