چکیده
The problem of improper disposal polymeric waste is increasingly in present. Thus, the use biodegradable polymers a good alternative, especially for packaging. Compostable and such as PHBV can be completely degraded, making them ideal. But short processability window fluid instability an important drawback to wider application this polymer pure form. Production composite materials has been indicated possibility using polymer. One source filler cellulose, because besides being widely available from agroindustrial waste. In context, present work reports formulation rigid packaging with cellulose An analytical mill was used promote dispersion fibers. general, fibers increased Vicat softening point matrix. There were more crystalline structures, according DSC, decrease impact strength, probably due crystallinity agglomerate formation. microscopic analysis greater surface roughness increase fibers, resulting contact angle.

متن کاملProduction and characterization of biodegradable terpolymer poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyvalerate-co-4-hydroxybutyrate) by Alcaligenes sp. A-04.
The production of the terpolymer poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyvalerate-co-4-hydroxybutyrate), P(3HB-co-3HV-co-4HB), by Alcaligenes sp. A-04 was investigated to determine the superior biodegradable polymer properties over those of poly(3-hydroxybutyrate), P(3HB), and its copolymers. The highest terpolymer content of 68% (w/w) was produced by Alcaligenes sp. A-04 at 60 h by shake-flask cult...

The microbial degradation of tensile test pieces made of poly(3-hydroxybutyrate) [P(3HB)] or a copolymer of 90% 3-hydroxybutyric acid and 10% 3-hydroxyvaleric acid was studied in soils incubated at a constant temperature of 15, 28, or 40 degrees C for up to 200 days. In addition, hydrolytic degradation in sterile buffer at temperatures ranging from 4 to 55 degrees C was monitored for 98 days. D...
متن کاملEnhancement of poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyvalerate) accumulation in Arxula adeninivorans by stabilization of production
BACKGROUND In recent years the production of biobased biodegradable plastics has been of interest of researchers partly due to the accumulation of non-biodegradable plastics in the environment and to the opportunity for new applications. Commonly investigated are the polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHAs) poly(hydroxybutyrate) and poly(hydroxybutyrate-co-hydroxyvalerate) (PHB-V). The latter has the advan...

Different genes encoding pyridine nucleotide transhydrogenases (pntAB, udhA) and acetoacetyl-CoA reductases (phaB) were heterologously overexpressed in Rhodospirillum rubrum S1. A recombinant strain, which harbored the gene encoding the membrane-bound transhydrogenase PntAB from Escherichia coli MG1655 and the phaB1 gene coding for an NADPH-dependent acetoacetyl-CoA reductase from Ralstonia eut...
