A bibliometric analysis of food studies: Evidence from British Food Journal

چکیده

The objective of the current study is to overview British Food Journal publications from 2010 2020. To address our purpose, bibliometric and visualization analyses were used. Firstly, a total 1892 documents published 2020 in (BFJ) was obtained Web Science database (WoS). Then, made by running VOS viewer software. In process analyzing data, we have principally considered some indicators such as number annual publications, most productive organizations, cited papers, contributing countries, authors, co-occurrence author keywords, co-authorship co-citation authors. results show that BFJ one leading prominent journals with increasing each year according basic mentioned above. Further this, institutions, countries are mainly European countries. common researched fields keywords listed “consumer behavior, food safety, products, industry, food, nutrition, organic sustainability, consumer”.
