Incidence of ovarian malignancy in children and adolescents is 1 to 1.5% with non-epithelial tumors being the most common type. Ovarian mucinous commonly seen third sixth decade, are rarely adolescents. Timely diagnosis management important save patient’s life fertility. We presenting an interesting case a 16-year-old girl atypical borderline tumor.
