A 15-year-old boy with an unerupted tooth enclosed by dentigerous cyst associated with odontome

Odontoma are the most common benign odontogenic tumor of epithelial and mesenchymal origin. Usually a conservative approach is standard treatment protocol for this. associated with unerupted tooth andodontogenic cyst aggravates existing condition. Generally, expansible nature cystic lesions require surgical excision which different from isolated non-symptomatic odontomas that can be monitored by periodic radiological examination. There inadequate evidence on presence odontoma-associated in oral cavity. Therefore, present case report aimed at describing diagnostic clinical, radiological, histological features together management dentigerous compound odontoma. The lesion was surgically removed.
