چکیده
Abstract Background There have been no cardiac biomarkers used in the diagnosis of unstable angina. In this study, we examined high sensitive troponin T and I as a marker to differentiate patients with angina from stable Methods A total 816 (59 AMI, 94 angina, 99 623 healthy individuals) were included. All had glomerular filtration rate ≥60 mL/min/1.73 m2. Leftover serum samples obtained who visited The Catholic University Korea, St Vincent’s Hospital April November, 2019. Cardiac was measured using Beckman Coulter Access sensitivity cTnI assay, Abbott Architect TnI Roche Elecsys Troponin T-high assay. Results 99th percentile URLs (Upper Reference Limits) cTnI, cTnT are 9.8 ng/L, 17.9 16.4 respectively. 9.1% (9/99), 5.1% (5/99), 6.1% (6/99) showed higher values than each URL cTnT, 24.5% (23/94), 25.5% (24/94) significant differences between frequencies showing troponins URL. Conclusion High could be useful for differentiation

NMR-based plasma metabolic profiling in patients with unstable angina
Objective(s): Unstable angina (UA) is a form of the acute coronary syndrome (ACS) that affects more than a third of the population before age 70. Due to the limitations of diagnostic tests, appropriate identification of UA is difficult. In this study, we proceeded to investigate metabolite profiling in UA patients compared with controls to determine potential candidate...
متن کاملRegional Clinical Guideline for the Management of Stable Angina
Background and purpose: Prevalence of risk factors for health is growing rapidly in developing countries due to urbanization. In fact much of the global burden of some conditions such as ischemic heart disease is currently in low- and middle-income countries. Therefore, an integrated and effective clinical guide is highly needed for management of patients with stable angina. Materials and meth...
متن کاملBypass Surgery Versus Stenting for the Treatment of Multivessel Disease in Patients With Unstable Angina Compared With Stable Angina
Background—Earlier reports have shown that the outcome of balloon angioplasty or bypass surgery in unstable angina is less favorable than in stable angina. Recent improvements in percutaneous treatment (stent implantation) and bypass surgery (arterial grafts) warrant reevaluation of the relative merits of either technique in treatment of unstable angina. Methods and Results—Seven hundred fifty-...

متن کاملPathology of stable and unstable angina pectoris.
The clinical and pathological data from 46 patients who died during or shortly after coronary bypass surgery and one patient who died shortly after angiography were studied. Each patient was placed into one of three clinical categories of angina pectoris. Twelve were classified as having unstable angina pectoris, 20 as stable severe angina, and 15 as stable moderate angina. No significant diffe...
