902 Systematic Review of Suturing Dermatotraction Techniques in Closing Fasciotomy Wounds

Abstract Aim A surgical patient post fasciotomy presents a challenge to restore cover of the muscle groups. The use suturing dermatotraction techniques cheap and easy means native cover. This systematic review case series controls explored trend this technique including duration delayed primary wound closure, complications failure rates. Method literature was conducted on Medline, Embase CINAHL yielding combined total 820 articles between 1946 18 June 2022. Human studies with were included. Twenty-one (21) reviewed met criteria.
