Previous studies concerning the association of malignancies and bullous pemphigoid (BP) have ended up in conflicting results. Therefore, we conducted a case-control study to investigate BP. The Finnish Care Register for Health was utilized identify patients diagnosed with At least three International Classification Diseases (ICD)-10 codes L12.0 were required inclusion. Four sex age matched controls randomly selected from population register. Cancer diagnoses cases identified using ICD-10 ICD-9 diagnostic codes.
