چکیده
Abstract Fixed-time artificial insemination (FTAI) provides a practical and feasible option for commercial stud breeders to implement AI into their herds, as 100% of the herd can be inseminated at predetermined time. FTAI suit many whether they are inseminating small numbers or whole herd. We investigated effects sire inseminator on pregnancy birth outcomes following Angus cows. Three sires; namely GAR Quantum 7AN560, Square B True North 8052, Tehama Tahoe B767, two inseminators (1 2) were evaluated differences in rates from 24 inseminations. cows (N = 24) synchronized with CIDR plus GnRH injection. After 7 days, was removed each cow received 25 mg PGF2α. conducted within 72 h PGF2α Cows randomly assigned between (12 by 1 12 sires (6, 8, 10 Quantum, Taho, semen, respectively. Guardianship of Children Born from Artificial Insemination
Infertility in the world today is no longer an inescapable problem, and doctors have been able to solve the problem of infertile treatment in a coherent way. The birth of children by artificial insemination is in the following ways: 1) Insemination by husband’s sperm with egg inside the uterus or out of it for fertilization, and 2) Inoculation by another sperm (stranger-donor) inside or outside...
متن کاملEffects of resynchronization programs on pregnancy per artificial insemination, progesterone, and pregnancy-associated glycoproteins in plasma of lactating dairy cows.
Objectives were to develop a timed artificial insemination (TAI) resynchronization program to improve pregnancy per AI and to evaluate responses of circulating progesterone and pregnancy-associated glycoproteins in lactating cows. Cows (n=1,578) were presynchronized with 2 injections of PGF2alpha, given 14 d apart starting on d 45+/-3 postpartum, followed by Ovsynch [2 injections of GnRH 7 d be...
متن کاملDelayed insemination of nonestrous cows improves pregnancy rates when using sex-sorted semen in timed artificial insemination of suckled beef cows.
This experiment was designed to test the hypothesis that delayed insemination of nonestrous cows would increase pregnancy rates when using sex-sorted semen in conjunction with fixed-time artificial insemination (FTAI). Estrus was synchronized for 656 suckled beef cows with the 7-d CO-Synch + controlled internal drug release (CIDR) protocol (100 μg GnRH + CIDR [1.38 g progesterone] on d 0, 25 mg...
متن کاملFertility in Angus cross beef cows following 5-day CO-Synch + CIDR or 7-day CO-Synch + CIDR estrus synchronization and timed artificial insemination.
The present study determined whether a 5-day CO-Synch + controlled internal drug release (CIDR) protocol with two doses of PGF2α would improve timed artificial insemination (AI) pregnancy rate compared with 7-day CO-Synch + CIDR protocol in beef cows. Angus cross beef cows (N = 1817) at 12 locations were randomly assigned to 5-day CO-Synch + CIDR or 7-day CO-Synch + CIDR groups. All cows receiv...
