416 Real-world evidence of comorbidities in psoriasis patients using adlimumab

Adalimumab (ADA) has been widely used in the treatment of psoriasis. In this retrospective single-center study, we evaluate effectiveness and safety ADA provide information on prevalence comorbidities patients with psoriasis real-world settings. 13,203 were collected. Moreover, 161 treated included for further analysis. Paired t-test was to changes HDL-C, LDL-C, TG, TC, ALT, AST, glucose, uric acid, platelets leukocytes before after receiving 24-week ADA. 72.0% achieved PASI 90 16-week treatment. Laboratory indexes related liver function cardiovascular risk factors did not significantly increase using 24 weeks. Psoriatic arthritis [1,397(10.58%)] most common comorbidity. compared mild psoriasis, moderate-to-severe suffered more they also had higher psoriatic (10.957, 95% CI: 2.739-43.828). conclusion, is effective safe comorbidities.
