Partial hydrolysis of AlCl3 with Ca(OH)2 and the amino acid glycine enables the selective transformation of the Al13 Keggin structures, outlining the ε → δ → γ isomerization process. The solid-state synthesis and structural characterisation of perovskite BaSn1-x Sc x O3-δ (x = 0.0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4) and its corresponding hydrated ceramics are reported.
