چکیده

Nanoparticular systems, which have made great advances with the development of nanotechnology, been used extensively recently in pesticide, herbicide plant growth regulators, fertilizer applications, gene transfer technologies and agriculture. It was aimed to synthesize characterize 2,4-D loaded PLGA nanoparticles investigate their biological activity comparison its free form. Here, effects poly (lactic-co-glycolic) acid (PLGA) on biomass Medicago sativa cell suspension cultures were investigated. Single emulsion solvent evaporation method is nanoparticle synthesis. As a result characterization nanoparticles, 63.82% encapsulation efficiency, 60.73% reaction efficiency 10.51% drug loading capacities calculated. Particle size measured as 181.7 ± 3.74 nm, zeta potential -18.3 1.48 polydispersity index 0.081.
Compared molecule, it observed that addition medium using release system increased cells yield M. cultures.

Elicitation studies in cell suspension cultures of Cannabis sativa L.

Cannabis sativa L. plants produce a diverse array of secondary metabolites. Cannabis cell cultures were treated with biotic and abiotic elicitors to evaluate their effect on secondary metabolism. Metabolic profiles analysed by (1)H NMR spectroscopy and principal component analysis (PCA) showed variations in some of the metabolite pools. However, no cannabinoids were found in either control or e...

Gyrospun antimicrobial nanoparticle loaded fibrous polymeric filters.

A one step approach to prepare hybrid nanoparticle embedded polymer fibres using pressurised gyration is presented. Two types of novel antimicrobial nanoparticles and poly(methylmethacrylate) polymer were used in this work. X-ray diffraction analysis of the nanoparticles revealed Ag, Cu and W are the main elements present in them. The concentration of the polymer solution and the nanoparticle c...

Factors Influencing the Induction of Freezing Tolerance by Abscisic Acid in Cell Suspension Cultures of Bromus inermis Leyss and Medicago sativa L.

A 2-gram fresh weight inoculum of bromegrass (Bromus inermis Leyss. culture BG970) cell suspension culture treated with 7.5 x 10(-5) molar abscisic acid (ABA) for 7 days at 25 degrees C survived slow cooling to -60 degrees C. Over 80% of the cells in ABA treated cultures survived immersion in liquid N(2) after slow cooling to -40 or -60 degrees C. In contrast, a 6-gram fresh weight inoculum onl...

Uptake and metabolism of triclopyr by soybean cell suspension cultures: a comparison with (2,4-D) 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid

The mode of action of triclopyr (3,5,6-trichloro-2-pyridinyloxyacetic acid), a broadleaf herbicide, is unknown. No data concerning the fate of triclopyr in plants have yet been published. This communication summarizes a comparison of the uptake and metabolism of triclopyr and 2,4-D (2,4dichlorophenoxyacetic acid) using cell suspension cultures of soybean, Glycine max, var. Harcor. Soybean cells...

Jasmonic acid effect on the fatty acid and terpenoid indole alkaloid accumulation in cell suspension cultures of Catharanthus roseus.

The stress response after jasmonic acid (JA) treatment was studied in cell suspension cultures of Catharanthus roseus. The effect of JA on the primary and secondary metabolism was based on changes in profiles of fatty acids (FA) and terpenoid indole alkaloids (TIA). According to multivariate data analyses (MVDA), three major time events were observed and characterized according to the variation...
