رێبازە سۆفیگەرییەكان لە كوردستاندا، بەدرێژای ئیمپڕاتۆریەتی عوسمانی بەتایبەتی پاش رووخانی میرنشینەكان رۆڵی كاراو گرنگیان بینیووە، لەنیوەی دووەمی سەدەی نۆزدەهەمەوە شێخەكان لەپاڵ خزمەتە ئایینیەكەدا، رێبەرایەتی بزووتنەوەی رزگاریخوازی كوردیان گرتەئەستۆ. ئیمپراتۆریەتی وێڕای داخستنی تەكیەو خانەقاكان‌و سیاسەتی توندی مستەفا كەمال بەرامبەریان، بەڵام بەنهێنی درێژەیان بە سروتە ئایینیەكان دا. بەدەركەوتنی ژیانى فرەحزبی توركیا، تایبەتی باكووری كوردستان دەستیان چالاكیی كردەوە. چارەکى كۆتایی بیستەم گەشەسەندنی ئیسلامی سیاسیی‌و، دەركەوتنی پارتی رەفاه 1983 بەدواوە، زمینەیەكی لەبار رەخسا بۆ و توركیا گشتی، كە پاڵ ئەركە ئایینی‌و كۆمەڵایەتی، بەشداریی سیاسەت بكەن. ئەوەى لەم توێژینەوەیەدا جەختى لەسەر کراوە ئەوەیە، ڕێبازە سۆفیگەرییەکان کوردستاندا مێژوویەکى پڕ ململانێ ڕکەبەرییان هەیە لەگەڵ حکومەت لەنێو خۆشیاندا. هەر سۆنگەیەوە، ڕێژەى بەشدارییان سیاسەتدا وەک یەک نیە، بەڵکو جۆراوجۆر بووەو جۆرێکیشیان شوێن دەستى دیارو بەرچاوە.
