چکیده
Cervical cancer is a serious health problem, with nearly 500,000 women developing the disease each year worldwide. Most early-stage tumors are curable. After careful clinical evaluation and staging, primary treatment of cervical either surgery or radiotherapy combined there lack preoperative trials alone so we aim to assess its impact on survival in early stage versus postoperative radio surgery. The objective study evaluate rate pre post-operative compared radical hysterectomy without systemic (I, IIA2) patients. We conducted using population-based data. Data was extracted from Surveillance, Epidemiology, End Results Program (SEER) database. Diagnosed (I,IIA2) 2010 2015 received into three groups preoperative, only radiotherapy. calculated rate. Out 4399 female patients, 3988 were treated therapy while 493 had radiation 7 radiation. 5 overall for better than (85.8%,71.4% respectively) has 93.2%, P> 0.00). pre-operative shows worst outcome age 20-45 years 46-70 (80%,50%). results obtained this demonstrated that benefit 8 % Preoperative needs more studies patients have be evaluated individually.

Radical Hysterectomy for Early Stage Cervical Cancer: Laparoscopy Versus Laparotomy
OBJECTIVES Gynecologic oncologists have recently begun using laparoscopic techniques to treat early stage cervical cancer. We evaluated a single institution's experience of laparoscopic radical hysterectomy and staging compared with laparotomy. METHODS A retrospective chart review identified stage IA2 and IB1 cervical cancer patients who underwent laparoscopic radical hysterectomy and pelvic ...
متن کاملLonger waiting times for early stage cervical cancer patients undergoing radical hysterectomy are associated with diminished long-term overall survival
OBJECTIVE The aim of this study was to evaluate the impact of surgical waiting time on clinical outcome in early stage cervical cancer. METHODS The cohort consisted of 441 patients diagnosed with stages IA2-IB1cervical cancer who underwent radical hysterectomy and pelvic node dissection. The patients were divided into two groups based on surgical waiting time. The associations between waiting...

OBJECTIVE Recent literature reports that radical hysterectomy followed by adjuvant radiotherapy has comparable progression-free survival and overall survival compared to radical radiotherapy for International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics stage IIB cervical cancer. Now, we evaluate the cost-effectiveness (CE) of these two treatment regimens. PRIMARY AND SECONDARY OUTCOME MEASURES A ...

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the relationship between type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) and oncological outcomes in early stage cervical cancer patients who underwent radical surgical resection. METHODS Patients with early stage cervical cancer diagnosed between 2001 and 2014 were retrospectively enrolled. We assessed the outcomes of 402 non-DM and 42 DM patients with cervical cancer. We tested the prog...
متن کاملLaparoendoscopic single-site radical hysterectomy for early stage cervical cancer
Technical developments have made laparoendoscopic single-site (LESS) surgery increasingly more feasible for treating gynecological conditions, including cancer. However, complex surgeries such as radical hysterectomy have rarely been performed with single-port access because of technical difficulties. The majority of the difficulties are due to the inefficient retraction of tissue during dissec...
