164 Testicular Torsion: A Race to Beat the Golden Hours

Abstract Introduction Testicular torsion is a condition requiring immediate attention and the golden time period for its management 6 hours at which rate of salvageability testes 90 percent (NICE). This decreases considerably with passing time. Imaging has minimal value. Method The electronic data 36 patients from June 2020 to May 2021 were reviewed analysed.
