چکیده
Local relapses of psoriasis involve educated T cells with the capacity to survive in skin. Inherited from previous flares, tissue-resident memory are prone produce IL-17 resolved epidermis. Their intake fatty acids through FABP5 receptor is essential for their residence and function, we thus hypothesize that surface composition could affect epidermal cell populations. In patients successfully treated biologics, used skin tape-stripping on both non-lesional sites obtained acid by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS). Skin were stimulated OKT-3 explants same body perform bulk transcriptomic analysis Nanostring Technologies The correlation T-cell subsets was performed healthy assessed GC/MS differed between donors normal-looking patients, but not further Patients whom rich oleic exhibited a lower T-cell–driven signature upon activation explants. This finding restricted epidermis found patients. Overall, our findings link first time functionality underlying microenvironment. Testing modulating effect custom fatty-acids resident hopefully help erasing disease inflammatory diseases decrease burden.

Clinically resolved psoriatic lesions contain psoriasis-specific IL-17-producing αβ T cell clones.
In psoriasis, an IL-17-mediated inflammatory skin disease, skin lesions resolve with therapy, but often recur in the same locations when therapy is discontinued. We propose that residual T cell populations in resolved psoriatic lesions represent the pathogenic T cells of origin in this disease. Utilizing high-throughput screening (HTS) of the T cell receptor (TCR) and immunostaining, we found t...

IL-17A both directly induces and synergizes with other cytokines to promote autoimmune tissue inflammation. Secukinumab and ixekizumab are monoclonal antibodies (mAb) that inhibit interleukin-17A. These two agents were recently approved for treatment of psoriasis, and secukinumab is also approved for treatment of two spondyloarthropathies, psoriatic arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis.

Background: Pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines and polymorphisms of their genes have been described to be involved in the pathogenesis of recurrent miscarriage (RM). Objective: To investigate the association between RM and five polymorphisms of cytokine genes, interleukin 10 (IL-10), (-592 A/C, -819 C/T, -1082 A/G), IL-6 (-174 C/G) and IL-17 (-197 G/A) in Iranian women. Method: Po...
متن کاملSerum Levels of IL-10 and IL-22 Cytokines in Patients with Psoriasis
Background: As a chronic inflammatory condition, psoriasis results from an interaction between genetic and immunologic factors in a predisposing environment. In spite of compelling evidence for the role of T cells and cytokines in psoriasis, interleukin (IL)- 10 and IL-22 have not been sufficiently investigated. Objective: To assess the serum levels of IL-10 and IL-22 in patients with psori...

Background and purpose: In multiple sclerosis (MS) and its murine model, experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE), chronic inflammation damages the myelin of central nervous system. Recently, interleukin-27 (IL-27) has been recognized as a feasible choice for treatment of autoimmune diseases such as MS due to its anti-inflammatory properties. However, the underlying mechanisms have not y...
