Abstract Aim The UK DMS delivers military CPD at a local level. Medics are taught the regimental level and GDMO’s can vary from teaching, or no teaching. GMC mandated to have covering all areas of practice. Due nature deployable role both staff groups it is difficult deliver consistent teaching that be revisited. We aimed regular, consistent, high-quality delivered by SMEs on relevant topics. Method A Plan, Do, Study, Act approach was used with predefined measures such as structure, process outcome elicited via participant survey. Virtual MOD Zoom monthly for each group arranged. Teaching focused medic portfolio competencies, GDMO syllabus. tri-service SMEs, sessions were recorded edited subsequently uploaded BMJ Military Health website cost. Results 16 webinars, 8 GDMOs been delivered. Maximum attendance has 130 participants including reservists. Feedback 111 SP positive 65% 28% rating excellent very good respectively. 98% stated their practice, 89% agreed will change practice going forward. Conclusions demonstrated possible sustainable high quality, relevant, changing across three services. This had active engagement user community senior within minimal
