چکیده

The purpose of this study is to determine the long-term effectiveness a 532 nm and 1064 large-spot laser with contact cooling in treatment CMTC. Cutis marmorata telangiectatica congenita (CMTC) rare, congenital, vascular disorder characterized by dilated capillaries veins, all layers dermis subcutaneous tissue. It manifests as erythematous-to-violaceous, reticulated, net-like, or marbled-appearing patches on skin. There are two types CMTC have been observed: isolated classic. etiology not well understood. most commonly found lower limbs, case patient study. A 45-year-old woman visited Klinika Ambroziak due malformations her right thigh, shank, foot, which include numerous grave serpiginous marbled pattern visible venangiectasias. Discrete ivory white scarring was along vessels evident dermoscopic evaluation. Classic type cutis diagnosed. treated large spot millisecond cooling, picosecond 1064nm diffractional lens. latter added treat associated discrete scarring. Although immediate response after achieved both clinically dermoscopically, five months videodermoscopy showed that capillary loops persisted, clinical improvement satisfactory. After initial treatment, therapy noticeable. However, over time results were disappointing. Effective can be difficult regeneration abnormal natural tendency
