in iran we already use laminate tubes only in cosmetics industry. laminate tube manufacturers via using the most modern technology of the world, faced with the laminate tube market being saturated in cosmetics industry for packaging the cosmetic creams and toothpaste. but considering the great food market and therefore laminate tube features such as beautiful packaging, ease of use for the final consumer, better maintenance materials inside it, perhaps this type of packaging for food such as ketchup and mayonnaise will be much appropriated. the multistage cluster sampling in rasht according to three clusters were investigated, based on qfd method we designed the four-phase qfd matrices, the needs and demands of customers has been respected in the laminate tube packaging and laminate tube is compared to pet packaging. qfd method led to the development of quality performance in the packaged food industry as well and a new step in the packaging for other industries (except cosmetics industries) has been taken in iran.
