on- the-job training on of the most effective tools for managers to cope with the changing organizational environment. it grantess suitable services to customers, particularly in public service enterprises. if such training os goal oriented, planned systematically, and tailored to the employees, job content, then not only it could increase employees and organizational performance, but also it could have and effect on employees and customers satisfaction. this research s writer after answering to the these main questions including: if on the job training course employes affect their positive view of work? if on the job traing courses of employees affect their job duties familaty? if on the job traning course of employees affect their team work? if on the job traning of employees affect their initiation? this artick studies on the job training and its effects on employee innovation and organizational productivity of east – azarbayjan payame noor university. the selected research method is of survey type and the data were mainly collected from library resources and a questioanair. the subjects were selected in tow groups from among the employees of the east.azarbayjan payame noor university. consider secondary hypothesis. one group consisted of those employees who participated in the on-the-job-training programs between 2000 and 2008. the second group consisted of those employees who did not attend such classes during the same period. the analysis of the data showed that on-the-job-training increased the employees efficiency, skill, positive view of work job identification , job duties , familanity, employee initiation and labor productivity. keywords: on-the-job-training - employees efficiency - job satisfaction - payame noor university -positive view of work - job identification - job duties- familiarity team -work employee initiation - labor productivity.
