abstract this research has been carried out with the purpose of investigating the conditions and related elements of the employment of the educational sciences graduates of hamedan province universities in 1382-1387 academic years. it has been a descriptive research of a correlation kind, and the population number has been 1180 grduates of payam- e noor universites in asad – abaad, kaboudarahang, malayer, and nou- ali sina university of hamedan. employing the kokral formula, among them 292 were selected proportionally as the sample based on the location of the university, gender, and the years of graduation. with an increase of 40%, the number of sample reached 408, and the sampling method was absolutely random. date collection questions was a research- made questionnaire including 34 question with 82% validity and 81% reliability. in data analysis, some inferential statistics such as spearman correlation tests, n- kende, chi- square test, and multivariable regression have employed and analyzed by spss. the results of this research showed that there is not a significant correlation between the overall of bachelor’s degree, gender, and economic factors of graduates and their employment. however, there were significant correlations between the graduates’ age, material status, type of university, graduation years, individual and social factors, policy making, and their employment. keywords: educational science, graduates, employment, unemployment, individual, social, and economic factors, policy making
