هدف از این تحقیق بررسی رابطه بعضی از متغیرهای آنتروپومتریک و انعطاف پذیری با آزمون sit and reach می باشد. برخی از متغیرهای آنتروپومتریک از قبیل: قد، طول دست ، طول پا و طول قد نشسته و آزمونهای انعطاف پذیری ستون فقرات ، مچ پا، ران و آزمون sit and reach است که مورد اندازه گیری قرار گرفتند.
هدف تحقیق حاضر تعیین تاخیر برخی اندازه های آنتروپومتریکی چون طول دست ، تنه نشسته، طول پا، طول قد و تیپ بدنی بر روی میزان انعطاف پذیری در آزمونهای خمش به پایین (toe-touch) و خمش به جلو(sit and reach) است .
