let $r$ be a commutative ring with identity and $m$ be an$r$-module. let $fspec(m)$ denotes the collection of all prime fuzzysubmodules of $m$. in this regards some basic properties of zariskitopology on $fspec(m)$ are investigated. in particular, we provesome equivalent conditions for irreducible subsets of thistopological space and it is shown under certain conditions$fspec(m)$ is a $t_0-$spa...

Let $R$ be an associative ring and let $M$ be a left $R$-module.Let $Spec_{R}(M)$ be the collection of all prime submodules of $M$ (equipped with classical Zariski topology). There is a conjecture which says that every irreducible closed subset of $Spec_{R}(M)$ has a generic point. In this article we give an affirmative answer to this conjecture and show that if $M$ has a Noetherian spectrum, t...

Clifford theory of finite groups is generalized to association schemes. It shows a relation between irreducible complex characters of a scheme and a strongly normal closed subset of the scheme. The restriction of an irreducible character of a scheme to a strongly normal closed subset coniatns conjugate characters with same multiplicities. Moreover some strong relations are obtained.

Let be a distance-regular graph of diameter D. Let X denote the vertex set of and let Y be a nonempty subset of X . We define an algebra T = T (Y ). This algebra is finite dimensional and semisimple. If Y consists of a single vertex then T is the corresponding subconstituent algebra defined by P. Terwilliger. We investigate the irreducible T -modules. We define endpoints and thin condition on i...

we say that a finite group $g$ is conjugacy expansive if for anynormal subset $s$ and any conjugacy class $c$ of $g$ the normalset $sc$ consists of at least as many conjugacy classes of $g$ as$s$ does. halasi, mar'oti, sidki, bezerra have shown that a groupis conjugacy expansive if and only if it is a direct product ofconjugacy expansive simple or abelian groups.by considering a character analo...

The Nakai–Nishimura–Dubois–Efroymson dimension theorem asserts the following: “Let R be an algebraically closed field or a real closed field, let X be an irreducible algebraic subset of Rn and let Y be an algebraic subset of X of codimension s ≥ 2 (not necessarily irreducible). Then, there is an irreducible algebraic subset W of X of codimension 1 containing Y ”. In this paper, making use of an...

Given any connected, open 3-manifold U having finitely many ends, a non-compact 3-manifold M is constructed having the following properties: the interior of M is homeomorphic to U ; the boundary of M is the disjoint union of finitely many planes; M is not almost compact; M is eventually end-irreducible; there are no proper, incompressible embeddings of S ×R in M ; every compact subset of M is c...
